Alvin Lynn Kackley, 58, left this world on June 17, 2017 after a long struggle with many physical ailments.  Alvin was born on April 26, 1959 to Frank and Wanda Kackley in Purdy, Missouri.  In Alvin's younger days he enjoyed hunting and coaching his younger brother in basketball.  He was also a skilled mason and carpenter that took pride in his work.  Alvin wasn't a perfect man, he had his struggles.  But he was a believer and in the end of his days he found peace listening to his aide read to him from the Bible.  We believe that Alvin made peace and is now rejoicing with our Heavenly Father in a new healed body.

Alvin was preceded in death by his father, Frank Kackley; and both sets of grandparents.  He is survived by three sons, Matthew, Nicholas and Zachary Kackley; his mother, Wanda (Kackley) Nordrum; brothers, John Jr., Roy, Dennis (Yvonne) Kackley; step-brother, Rick (Drenna) Nordrum; sisters, Mary (Dennis) Melancon, Sherry Pelz; and step-sister, Lisa (Kevin) Marty; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
