Izabella is survived by parents: Timothy and Katrina Duncan of the home, grandparents: Darrell Ray and Amanda Head, of Rose Bud, Edward and Sharon Owen of Jacksonville, James and Jodi Duncan of Jacksonville, great grandparents: Edward J Hale of Jacksonville, James Darrell and Charlene Head of Rose Bud, Roy and Ruby Duncan of Hensley five uncles, five aunts and five cousins and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation 12:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. with service to follow at, 2:00 p.m. June 5, 2014 at That Church in Sherwood.
