Barbara A. Myers, 75, of Sheridan went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 24, 2024. She was born January 4, 1949 in England, Arkansas to the late John Jeff Gibson, Sr. and Delilah Josephine Gabbard Gibson. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was deeply committed to her family and her Christian faith. She enjoyed playing Canasta, going to yard sales and auctions, but was always happiest spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by twin sons, John Walter Starke and Dennis Frank Starke, Jr.; siblings, Charles Finney, Betty Davis, Larry Gibson and Ruby Klino.

Survivors include her husband, Rickey Myers, Sr.; children, Denise Christofferson (Dee), Sheri Milinski (Jim Krull), Michael Starke (Chris), all of Wisconsin, Justin James (Elizabeth) of Alabama, Jeffrey James of Mexico and Rickey Myers, Jr. of Sheridan; grandchildren, Aaron Robar (Annie Sheard), Xavier Robar, Jacinta Robar, Claire Milinski (Dylan Smith), Sean Milinski, Kimberly Krull, Ben Krull, Kaylah Stelse (Zachariah), Ciera Starke, Riley Starke, Mathieu James, and Preston James. Other survivors include siblings, Johnny Gibson (Carla) of Cabot, Rachel Brown of Jacksonville, and Thomas Gibson (Emma) of Paris; special friends, Roxy and Ken Holliman; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home Chapel, 700 N. Second Street, Cabot, Arkansas, 72023. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Service, 501-941-7888.
