Barbara Fay Pennell, age 67, went to be with her Lord and Savior August 16, 2015 in Lonoke, Arkansas. She was born April 15, 1948 in Baytown, Texas to the late Jack and Elsie Henry Hale. She married the love of her life, Ronald Gene Pennell, June 30, 1969 in Hope, Texas. She was a very devout Christian woman and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ronald Gene Pennell; son-in-law John Handke.

She is survived by her daughters Jennifer Pennell of Lonoke; Stephanie (Kevin) Robbins of Cabot; two sisters Betty Jalufka and Billie Knox; brother Donnie Hale; grandchildren Elizabeth Handke, Alex Handke, Kaylea Handke and a host of other family and friends.

Services will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Lonoke on Wednesday August 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation two hours prior. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
