He is survived by mother: Cheryl McKenzie of Cabot, father: Dwight McKenzie of Springfield, Missouri, sister: Shonda Walling of Batesville, two brothers: Matt McKenzie of Cabot, Chris McKenzie of Kalispell, Montana, maternal grandmother: Lola Nelson Walters of Cabot, uncles: Charles McKenzie and James (Brenda)McKenzie of Springfield, Missouri, Carl (Laura) Biggers of Batesville, several nieces and special friend Mandy Dunn.
