Billy Howell Moseley, age 80 of Cabot, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2010. He was born October 7, 1930 in New Edinburg to the late William Hancford & Amy Will Moseley.

He was also preceded in death by his wife Kathryn Moseley. Billy was a retired painter.

He is survived by his sister Mary Ann Barron(Carroll) of Cabot; two step daughters; one step son; numerous step-grandchildren; two nephews James Barron and Daniel Barron(Kac); one niece Amy Wren; two great-nephews; one great-niece; and two special caregivers Jenny Lee and Carl Brasfield.

Visitation will be held 2:00pm-5:00pm Sunday, January 2, 2011 at the funeral home. Graveside service will be held 2:00pm Monday, January 3, 2011 at Stanfill Cemetery in Jacksonville. In lieu of flowers memorials to Stanfill Cemetery % Edward Yearber 5704 Echols Rd Cabot, Arkansas 72023.
