Billy Jack Wiggins, age 78, of North Little Rock, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2009. He was born March 26, 1931 in West Ridge to the late Charlie & Lucy Wiggins.

He is also preceded in death by one brother C.J. Wiggins and three sisters Cora Bell, Elsie Carruth and Laverne White.

Survivors include his long life partner Bobbie Clark; two daughters: Jerri Debra Ann Wiggins-Mullins of West Monroe, Louisiana & Kathy Christine of West Memphis; one sister Lola Jenkins of Jacksonville; two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters; along with numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.

Visitation is scheduled for 1:00 to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Thomas Funeral Chapel with interment immediately following at Concord Cemetery in Lonoke.
