Carolyn Ann Eslick, age 52, of No. Little Rock, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2008. She was born November 5, 1956 in Little Rock to the late Elvis D. Hawkins and Willene Davis Hawkins.

She is preceded in death by her father Elvis D. Hawkins and two brothers, Ricky A. Hawkins and Dewayne Hawkins.

She is survived by her husband Jerry Eslick of the home; two children Susann Eslick and Jason Eslick of North Little Rock; her mother Willene Hawkins of Jacksonville; four sisters, Linda Kennedy (Roger) of Jacksonville, Brenda Hillman (Al) of Shreveport, Louisiana, Rose Nichols (Charles) of West Memphis and Vicki Browder (Larry) of Hamburg; five grandchildren Braylon, Brayshune, Braylee, Kira and Kaisha Eslick all of North Little Rock; along with many other family members and friends.

Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2008 at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at Thomas Funeral Service Chapel.
