Carolyn Ann Garrity, 81, of Cabot passed away, Thursday, August 3, 2023. She was born August 24, 1941 in Little Rock to the late Fred A. and Una Herrin Counts. Mrs. Garrity lived most of her life in Cabot. She attended Cabot High School where she played basketball and graduated in 1960. After high school, she served her country in the United States Marine Corp where she met and married her husband, Edwin Thomas Garrity. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafting and spending time with family and friends. She was totally devoted to her family, especially Tom, during their 53 years of marriage. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Tom in 2014; great grandson, Raeyden Garrity; sister, June Webb and brother, Billy Counts.

Mrs. Garrity is survived by her sons, Daniel R. Garrity and Gary L. Garrity (Heather); grandchildren, Conner Garrity, Eric Garrity, Kayla Atkinson, Anna Fett, Jennifer Looney and Abby Looney and great grandchildren, Riley Garrity, Roselyn Atkinson and Kenneth Hacker.

A graveside service with military honors will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery with Dr. David Mitchell officiating. Arrangements are by Thomas Funeral Service (501) 941-7888.
