Obituary

Clark Quinn Funk age 57 of Cabot went to be with the Lord Thursday April 2, 2015. He was born in Ft. Collins, Colorado to Herman Quinn and Carolyn Bertha Boyd Funk. His passions were the outdoors…hunting, fishing and working as a cowboy riding his horse and herding cattle. He was also a licensed aircraft pilot. Clark loved to work. He worked twenty plus years for Holsin Cement Plant. After the plant closed he worked as an electrician and retired as a truck driver with Crete Trucking. He was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather and brother. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife LaRane Nicholson Funk; two daughters Samantha Lea Matous of New York and Katlin Bullinger of Texas; one stepson Joshua Maupin of Perryville, Arkansas; parents of Colorado; three sisters Karel Campbell, Rhonda George of China and Mary Jo Phipps of Colorado; two granddaughters and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Thomas funeral chapel Tuesday April 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society 1-800-227-2345.
