Clayton Tyron Honeysuckle, age 69, of Benton, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2009. He was born May 30, 1940 in Little Rock to the late Carlies & Elvia Honeysuckle.

He is also preceded in death by one son Johnny Ray Honeysuckle.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Honeysuckle of the home; three sons: Kenneth Clayton Honeysuckle & wife Mildred of Bryant, Michael Wayne Honeysuckle of Benton and Ronnie Lee Honeysuckle of Bonham, Texas; three brothers: Charles & Irene Honeysuckle of Little Rock, Kenneth & Doloris Honeysuckle of Houston and James & Mary Honeysuckle of Ethel, Louisiana; seven grandchildren: Paul & Lori of Alexander, Megan, Amanda & Jessica of Ft. Smith, Tony, Kaylynn & Tyler of Benton; five great-grandchildren: Paley, Loren, Nathan, Caylee & Kylee; special friends Jerry Hopkins & Huey Morgan; along with many other family members and friends.

A time of remembrance and celebration of Clayton's life will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the family home in Benton at 923 River Street. Prior services are private.
