Curtis Alan Ligon, age 49 of Ward, went to be with his Lord and Savior July 27, 2016. He was born January 29, 1967 in Modesta, California to Curtis Leo Ligon and Claretta Attebery Blair.

He was preceded in death by his father Curtis Leo Ligon.

Curtis is survived by his loving wife of 5 years Judy Ligon of the home; mother Claretta Blair (Kirby); 8 children, Justin Ligon (Michell) of Lonoke, Jennifer Ligon of Joplin, Missouri, Sara Ligon and fiancé Bobby Scully of Wareham, Massachusetts, Curtis Ligon, Jr of Ward, Chris Stillman (Kelly) of Sherwood, Joey Stillman of Sherwood, Emily Rathbun (Chase) of Ward and Nathan Joyner (Kayla) of Cabot; three sisters Cheryl Speed, Mandy McMahan and Amber Coker; brother Sam Crook; and 11 grandchildren; along with many other family members and dear friends.

Curtis enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved his grandkids and his big family! He was a father to many kids who were not even his own.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 30, 2016 at McArthur Assembly of God in Jacksonville.
