Donald Roger Miller, 84, of Cabot, passed away May 24, 2008 in Cabot, Arkansas. He was born July 27, 1923 to the late Alvin Manning Miller & Katherine Ann Jarboe-Miller.

Survivors include his wife Louise B. Miller of Cabot; daughter Carol Turpin of Knoxville, Tennessee; son-in-law Baynard Turpin; two grandchildren Jennifer and Christopher of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother John Miller of Yuma, Arizona and two sisters Sylvia Brown Independence, Missouri and Mary Jo Garzine of California.

Don retired from the U.S. Navy in 1959 after proudly serving his country for 20 years during WWII and the Korean War. He was one of the original team members of the Blue Angels as an aerial maneuverist. Then after a brief time off, Don returned to serve with the Civil Service for over 15 years when he retired in 1976.

Graveside Services are scheduled for 12:00 Noon today, May 28, 2008, by the Most Reverend R.B. Blasingame at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery with full military honors.
