Donna Kay Lentz, 68, of Ward, passed away at her home Sunday, April 20, 2025. She was born in Altus, Oklahoma August 6, 1956 to the late George Albert Pasteka and Marlene Joy Toliver Pasteka. Donna graduated from Cabot High School in 1974. Her highest accomplishment while on earth was becoming a believer in November 1977. She worked as a remodeler and co-owned the company Let Fred Fix It with her best friend and Pastor Freddy Dulany. She then became his Secretary at Cabot First Freedom Baptist Church. Donna loved her family and friends, more than any of us could ever realize, and loved spoiling the young ones when she could, even if just passing out Airheads to them at church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Chris Pasteka, Pat Pasteka and Sue Pasteka Ray.

Donna is survived by her children, Israel Lentz (Sue Ann), Josh Lentz (Christie) and Gabe Lentz (Misty); brothers, Farron Pasteka (Laura) and Bart Pasteka; six grandchildren, Brenden Lentz, Austin Lentz, Melissa Guildeen (David), Carmin Comar (Matthew), Haydin Lentz and Ethan Lentz; two great-grandchildren, Adaleigh Comar and Mayhem Lentz.
