Dorothy A. Reaves, 89, of Jacksonville, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born March 14, 1928 in Tennessee. Dorothy was a devout Christian, dedicated to her church, and loved bingo.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Reaves; her daughter, Leah Deniakas; her step-son, David Reaves, and her grand-daughter, Danyelle Easterly. Survivors include one step-son, Clifford Reaves (Tina); grandchildren, Theresa Gonzales (Joe), Ashley Reaves, David Reaves II, Laura Brown, Judy Reid-Hart (Ashley), Alicia Cantrell, Harold Reaves and Tonya Reaves; former grandson-in-law, Matt Keysacker, and 20 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Thomas Funeral Service. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Pastor Timothy Hicks of South Bend Baptist Church will officiate.
