Frances Judene Chambers, 78, of Cabot, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022.  She was born August 11, 1944 in Covington, Kentucky to the late William and Charlotte Sheneman Arling.  Frances worked for over 40 years as a waitress and many of her customers became lifelong friends.  Frances enjoyed crafting, traveling, collecting Department 56 Christmas buildings and spending time with her family and friends.  Frances loved Christmas and the 4th of July holidays.  She decorated the house extensively for these holidays and enjoyed all the activities centered around them. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her eldest son, Thomas Hopper; two grandchildren and her brother, William R. Arling.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Chambers; children, Donald Hopper, Ronald Hopper, Edward Hopper and Connie Dise; twelve grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
