Jack Edward McCalister left this world to be with his Lord on December 20th, 2016.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 59 years, Ina Rose McCalister; daughters Deborah (Dan) Mendez, Vickie (Dan) Wise, Jackie (Robin) Macagni; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Jack served in the Army National Guard from 1956 to 1961, and received an honorable discharge. He was a member of Oak Grove First Baptist Church and served faithfully as a trustee. Jack was very loved and respected. He will be truly missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Oak Grove First Baptist Church, 500 Oak Grove Road. Memorial donations in honor of Jack McCalister may be made to Oak Grove First Baptist Church.
