James Thomas Murinchack, 78, of Ward, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019 in Maumelle, Arkansas. James was born August 27, 1941 in Ithaca, New York to the late John and Sylvia (Gould) Murinchack. James retired from managing the transportation department for the Buda Independent School District in Texas.  He spent time enjoying his passions which were the outdoors and people. He was a volunteer for the Texas Parks Department for several years. James gave park tours and became a fishing and archery instructor. He enjoyed spending his time teaching others how to enjoy their time while learning a skill. After moving to Arkansas he continued to volunteer in the parks system providing "…never ending support and patience to staff." He will be missed by many. James was preceded in death by his son, John Murinchack and siblings, Robert and John Murinchack, Sylvia Hiney, Dora Fish, Kathleen "Cookie", Butch, Eddie and Billy McComb

James is survived by his wife, Helen Murinchack of Ward; one son, Jeff (Darla) Murinchack of Ward; three sisters, Jeanette Roosa, Beverly Hughes and Pat McComb; three grandchildren, Sterling, Sydni and Jessica Murinchack.
