James Theroux, Sr, age 79 of Cabot passed away March 12, 2012. He was born August 9, 1932 to the late Fredrick & Grace Theroux in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

He is also preceded in death by his wife Mary Ruth Theroux, son James R. Theroux, Jr., grandson Payton Owens, one sister and one brother.

He is survived by three children George Lee Theroux (Kristy) of McAlester, Oklahoma, Mary Owens (Tim) of Cabot, Arkansas and Loring Rachel Rick (Tim) of Austin, Arkansas; two sisters; 11 grandchildren Brian, Kim, Heather, Pam, Jaymee, Kevin, Keith, Tony, Randy, Matt and Becky; 11 great-grandchildren Brianna, Kelsi, Kayden, Landon, Hunter, Madison, Braden, Gabriel, Thomas, Ethan and Halie.

Visitation 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, March 16, 2012 at Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in El Paso, Arkansas with interment immediately following at Apple Hill Cemetery in Ward
