He is preceded in death by his father Scotty Wayne Pharis; two grandfathers; one grandmother; and cousin Daniel Keltner Horton.

He is survived by his mother Monica Keltner Pharis of Cabot; daughter Amy Pharis Trahem of Beebe; grandmother Etta Faye Ruch of Jacksonville; step-mother Tiffany Pharis of Corpus Christi, Texas; and brothers Joshua Pharis (Stephanie) of Cabot, Alex Rhodes of Little Rock, Brandon Pharis of South Carolina and Christopher Fritzey of Corpus Christi, Texas; along with many other family members and friends.

The loves of his life were the razorbacks, rap music, his daughter, nieces, nephews, aunts and his sister-in-law, Stephanie, playing video games with his brothers, wearing the cowboy hat his Aunt Michelle gave him and the mother of his child, Samantha, who he loved to the very end.

Memorial services will be held 6:00 pm Monday, January 11, 2016 at New Life Church in Cabot.
