He is survived by his wife Kathleen Williams; daughter Jill Williams-Mills; grandchildren Riley and Reece Mills; sister Sheila K. Dill; Brother-in-law Arthur Dill; niece Kimberly Dill; nephew Joel Dill; great-niece Olivia Legill.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday July 24, 2015 at Thomas Funeral Chapel in Cabot, Arkansas.
