Joe Price, 70, of Ward, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in Sherwood, Arkansas. He was born September 23, 1949 in Somerset, New Jersey to the late Clarence and Alma Higgins Price. He was raised by his foster mother, Tiny.  In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by two brothers, Clifford and Bruce Price. He was a very loving and supportive husband, daddy, papa, brother-in-law, and friend. Joe enjoyed laughing and making others laugh. He spent most of his time with his family or being outdoors gardening, by a fire, or tinkering with different things. He rocked at throwing horseshoes, conversation on the CB radio, and telling stories.

He is survived by his wife, Pamelia Price of Ward; three daughters, Miranda Price, Jillian Lea Price and Crystal Jo Price Long, all of Austin; five grandchildren, Lindsey, Kyle, Brianna, Cainen and Jake; two great-grandchildren, Addison and Wyatt; one niece, Sandy Pratt of Pennsylvania.
