John L. Buller, age 71 of Austin, formerly of Fairmount, Indiana passed away January 20, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. John was born to the late Harmon J & Maxine Buller.

He joined the USAF after High School and was stationed in England, G.B. where he met his wife Shirley. They were married and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 4, 2010.

John served 15 months in Vietnam at Ben Hoi Air Force Base.

He is preceded in death by his oldest son Jonathan Buller on July 20, 2009.

John is survived by his wife Shirley Evelyn Buller of the home; two daughters Elaine Hill of Austin and Miranda House of Colton, Oregon five sons Gary Buller, Andrew Buller, Kris Buller, Nolan Buller and Aaron Buller all of Ausin; brother Dr. Rex Buller of Ohio; sister Susie Bolinger of Kokomo, Indiana; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. John will be dearly missed.

Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
