John Theodore Menerey, Sr.'s Obituary
John Menerey, Sr., age 68 of Cabot, Arkansas formerly of Midland, Michigan, passed away December 21, 2011. He was born April 30, 1943 in Flint, Michigan to the late Theodore & Marguerite Menerey.
He is also preceded in death by his granddaughter Julie Menerey.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years Karen Albee Menerey; two sons John Menerey II of Texas and Mark Menerey of Arizona; four siblings Stan Menerey, Sylvia Steinberg, Lynn Gregg and Leonard Menerey; two grandchildren Mark Menerey and Samantha Menerey; and one great-grandson Noah Menerey; along with many other family members and friends.
John served in the United States Army in Korea and retired after a thirty year career with Dow Chemical. In his retirement he enjoyed computers and spending time with his yorkie, Cujo.
Private family services. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Midland 915 East Sugnet Road Midland, MI 48642-3799 (989) 835-6731 or to your local Hospice Home Care Facility.
