Joyce Lee Herrington, age 53 of Ward, passed away September 4, 2016. She was born February 3, 1963 in Little Rock to Roy and Hazel Compton.

She was preceded in death by her mother Hazel McCulloch Compton.

Joyce is survived by her husband Phillip Herrington of home; children Tony Williams of North Little Rock and Lisa Williams of North Little Rock; step-children Samuel Herrington of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Matthew Herrington of Ward and Tiffany Herrington of Lonoke; father Roy Compton; siblings Linda Morris (Marvin) of Little Rock, Jannie Miller (Bruce) of England, MaryKay Birthlers of Lonoke and Johnny Alvis; 2 grandchildren Angelina Johnson and Annalisa Johnson; nephew James Birthlers; nieces Janine Harvey and Shawna Kay Compton; great-nieces Brooklyn Nelms, Julianna Antunes and Brenia Antunes and great-nephew Dallas Antunes; along with many other family members and dear friends.
