June Arlene Brussel, age 63 of Cabot went to be with the Lord on Sunday June 21, 2015. She was born June 16, 1952 in Pequannock, New Jersey to Louis and Rita Finnegan.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. June was a hard worker at everything she did and retired as a State Employee from the Child Welfare Department. She was a true Good Samaritan and would do anything for others. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Thomas Finnegan.

She is survived by her husband Harry Brussel of Cabot; daughter Carey (Stephen) Childers of Austin; three brothers Larry, Louis, and Joseph Finnegan; one grandchild Tesla "Tess" Childers and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday June 26, 2015 at Thomas Funeral Chapel with Service to follow. Interment will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot.
