Justin Lee Kelley, 44, of Little Rock, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Born January 6, 1982, in Texas, Justin loved sports, especially the Arkansas Razorbacks. He had a remarkable ability to remember players and plays long after the games were over. He also loved his dog, Chico. Justin was preceded in death by his parents, Horace Dale Kelley, Sr., and Rosemarie Gower Kelley-Downey.

Justin is survived by brothers, Horace Dale Kelley, Jr. and Christopher Wayne Kelley and sisters, Brittany Morris, Jessica Tanner and Ashley Zepeda as well as many cousins.

The family will announce a memorial service details at a later date. Arrangements are by Thomas Funeral Service.
