LaRose Ruth Dobbs, age 86, of England passed away on Monday, September 6, 2010. She was born September 11, 1923 in Little Rock to the late Jack D. & Stella Schoemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Rupert Andrew Dobbs; two brothers: Richard and Jack Schoemaker; two sisters: Johnny Mcknight and Marian Sciba; one daughter: Sandy McKnight and great grandson Brandon Camarse.

She is survived by three daughters Patti Boyett of North Little Rock, Pam Shumard of Jacksonville and Janet Morris (Eddie) of England; one son Rupert Dobbs Jr. of North Little Rock; one sister Jane Schoemaker Taylor of Little Rock; three granddaughters and three great-granddaughters, and two great-grandsons along with many other family members and dear friends.

Celebration of life will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Keo United Methodist Church.
