Lindsay Morgan Hassenstab, age 17, of Cabot, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2008. She was born August 14, 1991 in Albany, Georgia to Russell Eric Hassenstab and the late Beverly Shannon Brown-Hassenstab.

She is preceded in death by her mother Shannon Hassenstab Langston; grandmother Gloria Hassenstab, grandfather Albert Young and great-grandfather Rev. James W. Jarrell.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father & step-mother Russell Eric & Brenda Hassenstab of Valdosta, Georgia; brother Darien Langston of Cabot; sister Melissa & Mark Dixon of Hahira, Georgia; special aunts Shannon & Mark Bradley of Leesburg, Georgia; Amanda Wright and Ellen Boyette both of Cabot; grandparents: W.R. "Bill" Hassenstab, Janice & Mark Cumbie, and Ola Mae Young all of Georgia and Oliver & Sandra Brown of Cabot; great-grandmother Evelyn Jarrell of Georgia and Bessie Brown of Lonoke; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.

A time of visitation is scheduled for 2:00 to 9:00 pm on Saturday, October 25, 2008 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Victory Baptist Church in Cabot with Bro. Ben Leonard officiating. Interment will be private.
