Madie Sue Lacy, 76, of Cabot, passed from this life on Monday, December 4, 2023. Madie was born October 17, 1947 in Des Arc, Arkansas to the late John and Gladys Stephens. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Ann Lovelace and Retha Plummer and her husband, Johnny B. Lacy.

Madie is survived by her children, Jackie Lacy and his wife Angel, Scottie Lacy and Danny Lacy; her siblings, John and Rosemary Stephens, Martha Jackson; her grandchildren, Erica and Andrew Stoll, Ashley and Brandon Lowe, Bridgette Morris, Crystal Simpson, Danny Simpson  and John Simpson; her great-grandchildren, Andrew, Lacy, Sawyer, Memphis, Nova, Tyjah, Landon, Mariah, John, Scooter, Nathan,  Jonathan, Chloe, McKenzie and Wyatt, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Madie will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Thomas Funeral Service chapel with interment to follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery.  Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, December 11, 2023 at the funeral home.  Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Service, 501-941-7888.
