Marilou Monfort Rerick, 74, passed away on March 2, 2018 in Cabot, Arkansas.  She was born on May 1, 1943 in Gary, Indiana to the late Dr. Louis H. Monfort and Mary Tokash Monfort.  Marilou was a loving mother and cherished friend to many.  She dedicated 44 years of her life to taking care of her daughter, Tammi, and was very active with the Lonoke Exceptional Development Center.  She attended Cabot United Methodist Church.  Marilou was a dental hygienist for over 40 years. She sewed beautifully, was creative, loved to cook and try new recipes, enjoyed walking and playing Bunko.

Survivors include her daughters, Dawn Torbett, Raeann Wilson, and Tammi Rerick; Wesley Torbett; grandchildren, Kristin Torbett, Chloe and Haeden Waymack; brother, Thomas Monfort; nieces, Mindy and Renee Monfort, Renee and Kris Betters, and Shelly Filar.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Service.
