Miller Eugene Danner, age 65 of Cabot, went to be with his Lord and Savior June 29, 2016. He was born December 11, 1950 in Benton to Albert Danner and Barbara Cleveland Danner.

He was reunited in heaven with his parents Albert and Barbara Danner and granddaughter Hailey Jewel Danner.

He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory his loving wife of 45 years, Ruby Danner; children Timothy Danner (Shannon), Tonya Danner (Nick), Toni Danner and Christopher Danner (Carol); sister Maycelle McKenzie; grandchildren Victor Reynaga, Bailey Danner, Faith Danner, Brandon Bravo, Heidi Bravo, Shyann Harvill, Dakota Harvill, Sierra Harvill, Corey Danner, Christian Danner and Cody Danner; two great-grandchildren; along with many other family members and dear friends.

Gene served 18.5 years in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was very proud of serving in Vietnam with the 11th Armored Calvary Regiment. Gene enjoyed drinking coffee every morning with his daughter Tonya, scratch-off tickets and fixing everyone cars. He especially loved helping raise his grandchildren.

Visitation Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services 2:30 Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Russell Chapel Church of the Nazarene in Cabot with interment immediately following at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Thomas Funeral Service to help pay for Gene's service.
