Paul Edward Higgins, age 77 of Cabot, went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 9, 2011. He was born August 8, 1934 in Potosi, Missouri to the late Roy Edward & Clara May Higgins.

He is also preceded in death by his wife Ruth Higgins; four brothers and one sister.

He is survived by five children Ruth & Kenny Tucker of Jacksonville, Wesley Paul Higgins of Cabot, Danny & Rebba Higgins of Cabot, John & Geraldene Higgins of Cabot and Lori Finley & Roger Henderson; two sisters Mae Coleman and Myrnia Boyer both of Potosi, Missouri; one brother H.J. Higgins of Jacksonville; 21 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and a special friend Mary Cox.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00pm Friday, November 11, 2011 at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 2:00pm Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Christ Worship Center at 105 West Myrtle in Cabot with interment immediately following at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
