Peggy Louise Silvers, age 70, of Cabot, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2009. She was born June 26, 1938 in Cloverport, Kentucky to the late Forrest Perkins & Ruby L. Weatherholt Perkins.
She is also preceded in death by her husband Bud Milton Silvers and one sister Jewel Ruth Perkins.
She is survived by her six children; son Dennis D. Silvers (Connie) of Lonoke, Debbie McFarlin of Texas City, Texas, Ruby O'Hara of Cabot, Joyce Framjee (Fillie) of Conrow, Texas, Bobbie Jo Randall (Billy) of Branson, Missouri and Terrie Stelfox of Latigo, Florida; two brothers, John Perkins (Sadie) of Cabot and Wayne Perkins of Houston, Texas; one sister Joyce Bolin of Dayton, Texas; eighteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren along with numerous other family members and friends.
A time of visitation is scheduled for 2:00 to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Robert Osborne officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cabot.
