Peggy Ann Williams, age 82 of Cabot went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday May 24, 2015 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born August 11, 1932 in Avoca, Arkansas to the late Elwood and Orma Lyons Skaggs.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She was loved by the many children and families she served through Miss Peggy's Daycare and Kindergarten and her strong faith in Jesus Christ was her motivation for always putting others first.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ray Williams.

She is survived by her three sons Ray Williams Jr. (Carolyn) of Little Rock, Randy Williams of Redfield and Roy Williams (Mary) of Van Buren; Nine grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren; brother Gary Elwood Skaggs and a host of other friends and family.

Visitation with be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday May 28, 2015 at Fellowship Bible Church Cabot 2895 Bill Foster Highway. Memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday May 29, 2015 at Fellowship Bible Church Little Rock 1401 Kirk Road.
