Rickey Dale Bostian, 64, of Austin passed from this life on April 18, 2019. He was born March 12, 1955 in Monticello, Arkansas to the late Bruce and Barbara Cruce Bostain. Rickey enjoyed painting, mechanic work, and horse racing; but found his greatest joy in his grandchildren and his Lord, Jesus Christ. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings, Sidney Bostian and Richard Bostian.

Survivors include children, John (Katie) Gunter of Mineral Springs, Crystal (Tony) Anderson of White Hall, Nicki Fleming of Austin, Misty (Lee) Smith of Tennessee, and Julie Miller of Texas. Other survivors include siblings, Gary Bostian of Pine Bluff, Mark Bostian of Florida, Kay Carter of Austin, Loretta Manson of Austin, Bobby Bostian of Monticello, Herbert Bradley of Monticello, Shirley Carter of Monticello, Mildred Hilton of Florida, Raymond Bostian of Texas, J.B. Bostian of Rison; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday April 22, 2019 at Thomas Funeral Service in Cabot. Committal service will follow at 2:30 p.m., at Beulah Cemetery in Monticello. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral Home. Gary Bostain, Mark Bostain, Stanley Massenalli, John Gunter, Chris Brannon and Max Emerson will serve as pallbearers.
