Roe McCranie, Jr. age 78 of Cabot, passed away February 11, 2011. He was born October 16, 1932 in Brodie, Arkansas to the late Roe & Mary McCranie, Sr.

He is also preceded in death by two brothers William Earl and John Shaw; one son Jackie McCranie; and one grandson Nathaniel Hudson.

He is survived by his wife Rose McCranie of the home; four children Angelia Hudson(Jonathan), Richard McCranie(Wanda), Michael McCranie all of Cabot and Mark McCranie(Lisa) of Jacksonville; three sisters Frances Campbell, Mary Alice Keener and Catherine Gore; nine grandchildren Sean Hudson, Anna Hudson, Victoria McCranie, James McCranie, William McCranie, Zachory McCranie, Andrew McCranie, Nathan McCranie and Samantha McCranie; and two great-grandchildren; along with many other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be 2:00pm February 14, 2011 at McArthur Assembly of God with interment at Pine Crest Memorial Park Cemetery in Alexander.
