Ruby Ann Pruitt, 85, of Cabot, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021.  She was born October 15, 1935 in Independence, Kansas to the late Elisha and Hellen Hockett Botts.  In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifford Fitzwater; second husband, Otis Pruitt; daughters, Johanna Lee and Laurie Rauber and son, Don Fitzwater.

Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Stillwell of Haysville, Kansas; sons, Jerald Fitzwater of Hollister, Missouri, George Fitzwater of Lampe, Missouri and Dean Fitzwater of Cabot, Arkansas.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, August 20, 2021 at Thomas Funeral Service in Cabot.  Inurnment will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Mulvane Cemetery in Mulvane, Kansas.  Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Service, 501-941-7888.
