Scott David Leidy, age 40, of Ward, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2009. He was born June 23, 1969 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to James & Rose Mary Leidy.

Scott served his country for over 8 years as a SSGT in the United States Air Force during this time serving in Desert Shield/Storm. He was currently employed with Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years Cindy; two wonderful sons Bryant Matthew & Garrett Conner, the two apples of his eye; his parents James & Rose Mary Leidy; and one sister Kristina Leidy; along with many other family members and friends.

A time of visitation is scheduled for 3:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, July 3, 2009 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be 10:00 am on Saturday, July 4, 2009 Faith Baptist Church with Bro. Brent Summerhill officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Monk Cemetery in Ward.
