Sherry Sitzes Long, age 48 of Pangburn formally of Conway went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 11, 2015 in Keo, Arkansas. She was born May 15, 1967 in Conway, Arkansas to Jack and Helen Weatherley Sitzes.

She was a loving and caring daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Sherry loved taking care of people, she took good care of her patients at the nursing home and when her husband got sick she quit her job to take care of him. In her spare time she loved writing poems and she will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband Melvin Long Jr., grandfather AD West and grandparents Abner and Ethel Weatherley.

She is survived by her parents and three children Elizabeth (Jacob) Long, Jacklynne (Lucas) Crowley of Pangburn, Melvin W Long III of Keo, grandmother Mary West, Sister Tammy (Tony) Lemke, brother Jack Wayne (Rebecca) Sitzes, grandchildren, Araina and James Phillip Long, Jonathion and Sierra Mitchell and she was expecting another grandchild Lucas Weaver Crowley Jr., her fiancé Thomas Pearson and a host of other friends and family.

Memorial Service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday September 14, 2015 at Grace Fellowship, Cabot, Arkansas.
