Shirley Dianne Young, age 66, passed away July 28, 2015 in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born December 5, 1948 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Elbert Keathley and Ruth Byrd Holmes.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John Young; three sisters Sybil Armstrong, Terry Ramirez, Tanga Myers; two brothers Buddy and Ronnie Keathley.

She is survived by her son Buddy (Norma) Hill of Cabot; three daughters Samantha (Bob) Powers of Hawesville, Kentucky, Tammy (Philip) Lake of North Little Rock, Kimberly Chapman of Austin; brother Bobby Keathley; sisters Nyanna Bonham, Doris Cecil, Tiny Davis, Patsy Grammer, Lenora Wiggins and Katrina Simpson; six grandchildren Gabriel and Zachary Hill, Ashley, Amber and Philip Jr. Lake, Whitney Chapman, Cameron Powers; two great-grandchildren Michelle Hill and Layla Chapman and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday July 31, 2015 at Thomas Funeral Chapel in Cabot, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday July 30, 2015 at Thomas Funeral Chapel. Interment at Apple Hill Cemetery Austin, Arkansas.
