Tony Ray Phillips, of North Little Rock, passed away on March 2, 2010. He was born May 15, 1962 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Tommy Phillips and Marcie Marie Howe.

He is also preceded in death by a daughter Tiffani Marie Phillips.

Survivors include his wife Neoma Phillips of the home; daughter Deborah Marie Beedon (Trey Jones) of Conway; father Eldon Leroy Howe, Sr. of Lonoke; 4 sisters, Virginia Ann Nicholson (Stanley) of West Helena, Joyce Dewane Rutherford (Jeff) of Jacksonville, Kimillia Ladon Carswell (Daniel) of Lonoke, Cindy Cristaldi (Jim) of North Little Rock; 4 brothers, Richard Lewis Heavrin of Cabot, Eldon Leroy Howe, Jr. (Ann Marie) of Lonoke, William Edward Howe (Ruth Marie) of Grand Rapids, MI and James Thomas Phillips, Jr. (Dawn) of Phoenix, AZ; along with many other family members and friends/fans.

Visitation will be March 4, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Thomas Funeral Service. Services will be held March 5, 2010 at Living Waters Church in Cabot at 11:00 am with internment immediately following at Old Austin Cemetery.
