Versie LaVelle Moore, 95, of Cabot, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born July 8, 1924 in Hillsboro, Alabama to the late William and Lula Pearl Aday Tolbert. She was a housewife and mother. LaVelle was preceded in death by her first husband, James A. McCollough; second husband, William H. Moore; one daughter, Brenda Borman; three sons-in-law, Randy Borman, Billie Travis and Darrell Beddow; one sister, Louise Huddleston and six brothers, Burkett, Grayson, Carl, Joe, Buford and Homer Tolbert.

LaVelle is survived by her daughters, June Travis and Janice Beddow; son, Jim (Madonna) McCollough; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 24, 2020 at Thomas Funeral Service with Brother Tyler Askew officiating. Committal service will be 2:00 p.m. at Lone Tree Cemetery in Stuttgart. Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Service, (501) 941-7888.
