Wayne John Burr, age 58 of Ward, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010. He was born December 29, 1951 in Highland Park, Michigan to Mildred E. Burr & the late Jack Allen Burr.

Preceded in death by his father Jack Allen Burr & sister Cindy Louise Burr.

He is survived by his two daughters Kris Shock (Steven) of Kennesaw, Georgia & Karen Burr of Roundlake, Illinois; two sons Eric Burr (Candice) of Antioch, Illinois & James Burr (Lindsay) of Itasca, Illinois; mother & stepfather Mildred & Bill Krent of Applegate, Michigan; wife Sharon Burr of Illinois; two brothers David Burr (Maria) of Flagstaff, Arizona & Ron Burr (Brenda) of Ward; and five grandchildren Ashley, Courtney, Drew, Tony & Ethan; three step-sisters: Marcia Melwing of Louisville, Kentucky, Jackie McKee of Mt. Clemens, Michigan, Claudia Ringler of Milwaukie, Oregon; and a step-brother David Krent of Mt. Clemens, Michigan.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Friday, April 16, 2010. Funeral Services will be 10:00am Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Cabot with interment immediately following at Old Austin Cemetery in Austin.
