Wayne Ray Goforth, age 44, of Cabot, went to be with his Lord on December 28, 2014 in Jacksonville. Born January 11, 1970 in Jacksonville.
Proceeded in death by grandparents: Dana Pace, James and Donnie Goforth.
Survived by wife: Savanna Cleveland Goforth, of Cabot, parents: Don and Rhonda Whitfield Goforth, of Cabot, two daughters: Brittney Conway and Ashlin Goforth both of Cabot, sister: Dana (Josh) Shantz of Cabot, brother: Don J. Goforth of Cabot, four grandchildren, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. with services to follow at 4:00 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Chapel.
