About Us

After many years of working for large firms, Mark and Cheryl Thomas decided to open a funeral home so they could serve the Cabot community's needs and wants. In 2001, along with family and the help of friends and loved ones, their business was started. After over 10 years of serving the community, Mark and Cheryl grew closer to many families and were blessed with many new friendships. Mark passed away on September 21, 2015, after a long battle with cancer. The business continued to be operated by Mark's wife, Cheryl.

In September of 2016, Cheryl made the decision to sell the funeral home. Thomas Funeral Service continues to be locally owned and operated. After remodeling and the new changes to our facility, rest assured that we will continue to provide quality service at a price that is still affordable to everyone.
